Our new restaurant in the heart of downtown New Haven serves extraordinary Latin-influenced cuisine by reknowned chef, teacher and cookbook author Rafael Palomino. Along with traditional Tapas, his signature dishes include Seafood Paella and Dulce de Leche Cheesecake and a special Late Night Menu.
